FAQ
Common questions
How do we work together remotely?
Everything happens online: brief via Telegram or e-mail, a client dashboard with projects, invoices and support tickets, payments online. We are based in Volgograd, Russia (UTC+3) and work with clients worldwide. Communication in English is fine.
How is the price calculated?
Your project total is a sum of items from the public price list: one-time work (website, bot, server) plus subscriptions (hosting, domain, maintenance). Items marked "custom" are quoted after a brief. No hidden extras — the dashboard shows exactly what you pay for.
How do I pay?
One-time services are paid 100% upfront (large projects can be split into staged invoices). Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance. Payments are processed in RUB (cards, SBP); USD prices on this page are an equivalent for convenience. A receipt is issued for every payment.
Who owns the result?
You do: after full payment the source code, design and access credentials are yours. Domain and hosting are registered in your name. We can keep hosting and maintaining the project, but you are never locked in.
Do you build game servers?
Yes — Minecraft (Paper, Forge/NeoForge), custom launchers, donation stores, protection, hosting and administration. Our own server CREATE COLONY is a live example.
What about refunds?
A refund is possible if we have not started the work yet. Once work has started (briefing, design, code, server setup, a subscription period has begun), payments are non-refundable. Details are in the public offer (in Russian).
